At Field we are looking to hire exceptional people who are committed to stopping the climate crisis and the rapid deterioration in global biodiversity.  

We are starting up, so it’s a good time to get in at the beginning and be able to say forevermore that you were one of the first generation of Fielders.  If you have experience in investigations, law, government, journalism, a degree from a world-class university and perhaps speak another language or two then you probably have the raw material that we are after.  

We want people who are meticulous, driven, exhaustive, and grounded by common sense and an enjoyment of life.  We want people who want to come to the office because they enjoy working with other people, who want to share what they have learnt with others and are always open to learning themselves.  

We are opportunistic hirers, we aren’t driven by numbers.  We will only publish geographical vacancies and, for now, are hiring in London.

We offer top of the market compensation for top of the market people – pension, health insurance, the full package.  There are some little perks too, a paid week a year to go and plant trees, a travelcard, that kind of thing.
